Data Deletion Policy
ControlShift allows users full control over their data.
How to Request Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of:
- Account data
- WhatsApp numbers
- Stored message data
Requests can be submitted via:
📧 support@controlshift.aeProcessing Time
- Requests are processed within 7–14 business days
- WhatsApp-related data is removed in compliance with Meta requirements
Automatic Deletion
Upon account termination:
- Platform data is permanently deleted after the retention period
- Logs required for legal or compliance purposes may be retained temporarily
WhatsApp Data
Message delivery data shared with Meta is governed by WhatsApp Business API policies.
⚠️ Important
Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any necessary information before submitting a deletion request.
