ControlShift is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to:
- Send and receive WhatsApp messages via the WhatsApp Business API
- Automate customer communication
- Manage templates, chats, and workflows
We are a technology provider, not a marketing agency.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Obtain customer consent before sending WhatsApp messages
- Follow WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
- Avoid spam, abuse, or misleading communication
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.
WhatsApp Compliance
Users are fully responsible for:
- Message content
- Customer opt-ins
- Template approvals
ControlShift is not liable for policy violations caused by user misuse.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts violating policies
- Remove access to protect platform integrity or compliance
Limitation of Liability
ControlShift is provided "as-is."
We are not responsible for indirect losses, WhatsApp account bans, or business interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
